Billed monthly, no long-term contract. Extra locations get a multi-location discount. Google Ads spend is paid to Google on your own account. Card processing is billed by Stripe at its standard rates (2.7% + 5¢ in person, 2.9% + 30¢ online), with no CycleOS markup.

Before you switch
Do I have to switch off my current software on day one?+
No. CycleOS runs beside CleanCloud, Cents or paper tickets while your team gets comfortable. You pick the switch-over date.
Who processes card payments?+
Stripe. Each shop gets its own Stripe account, so payouts land in your bank and you pay Stripe's standard rates directly. CycleOS adds no markup.
What's in the launch fee?+
Everything it takes to go live: setup, data import, branded apps, hardware setup, on-site training, and for Full Cycle the website build and ad campaigns.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. Plans are month to month after launch. Your data, website content and customer list stay yours.
Is Google Ads spend included?+
No. Ad spend is paid to Google on your own account, so you always see exactly what was spent. Full Cycle covers building and managing the campaigns.
What hardware do I need?+
A Windows PC or tablet at the counter, an optional customer-facing screen, an 80 mm receipt or label printer and a cash drawer. We'll tell you what you already have that works.
Can it run more than one location?+
Yes. CycleOS is multi-location from the ground up. Each extra location is added to your plan at a reduced rate.
